Description
Gentle Strength and Balance Level 3 offers a wonderful opportunity to continue your fitness journey! Join Janet for a variety of exercises that make sense and are easy to follow. A chair will be used for balance and support and most of the exercises will be done standing with seated options provided.
Each class will begin with a seated head to toe warmup followed by a strength workout using hand weights, bands, balls and other equipment. Optional standing balance work, a cooldown, and gentle stretching complete a total body workout.
Modifications of exercises are provided to take special consideration of any injuries and limitations you may have. Do as much or as little as is comfortable for you that day. Gentle Strength and Balance Level 3 is an energizing and fun addition to your day!
