Description

Experience the benefits of yoga without getting down on the floor! This gentle and social program is seated to create an enjoyable and safe environment to work on your flexibility, balance and strength.

Each class is personalized to your individual needs and takes special consideration of any injuries and limitations you may have. This program is meant for you if you are new to fitness, or living with a chronic condition, or are pre or post operative for hips or knees, or have arthritis or bad shoulders.

Optional standing positions will be introduced using the chair or wall for support, and breathing exercises for relaxation and mindfulness will be practiced each week. Treat yourself to a rejuvenating Wednesday!
