Description
Experience the benefits of yoga without getting down on the floor! This gentle and social program uses a chair to create an enjoyable and safe environment to work on your flexibility, balance and strength. Each class is personalized to your individual needs and takes special consideration of any injuries and limitations you may have. Meditation and breath work will be introduced for relaxation and mindfulness.
Optional standing positions will be introduced using the chair for support, and breathing exercises for relaxation and mindfulness will be practiced each week. Do as much or as little as you feel like and treat yourself to a rejuvenating Wednesday!
