Description
One-Off Private Lessons are an occasional program Vecova is able to offer. They are a one time, one class occurrence, unlike our typical swimming lessons that run multiple days/weeks.
Private Lessons are available for swimmers who work best in a one-on-one environment or who need a little extra instruction to master a challenging skill. Private lessons allow specialized attention for swimmers of any age or ability.
If you would like to make your Private lesson a Semi-Private lesson by adding a second participant, please call Consumer Services once you have successfully registered one participant. Our Consumer Services team will assist in adding the second participant to the class.
*Private lessons can hold a maximum of 2 participants

CANCELLATIONS
Vecova strives to give 5-7 days prior to the start of a program, notice of cancellation. Full refunds will be given or the opportunity to transfer to another program (space permitting).
TRANSFERS
All program transfers are subject to availability and a transaction fee.
WITHDRAWALS
All withdrawals must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the start of a program. Prior to 7 days a credit minus a transaction fee of $2.00 per program will be placed on your Vecova account for future use. Refund requests made prior to 7 days to program start date will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee. Refunds will not be given if cancelled within 7 days of program start date or after the program has started.
PHOTOGRAPHY
To protect everyone's privacy, cell phones, cameras and other forms of communication devices are not permitted in the changerooms.
Photos may be taken of your children while in a program. A Vecova employee has the right to view the photo to ensure the privacy of others.
