NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any program or activity due to inclement weather or low enrollment. A service fee will be imposed for all returned checks and could result in refusal of future participation.

Refund Policy

Requests made two (2) weeks or more prior to the event will receive a 50% refund
Requests made within two (2) weeks prior to the event will NOT be granted a refund
No refunds for Intramurals, Special Events or Outdoor Recreation overnight activities

Please be aware that Convenience Fees from online transactions are non-refundable.

Please note:

No refunds will be given on any gymnasium services (memberships, towel, racquet, lockers).
For activities that have been modified due to weather, refunds will be allocated on a case by case basis.
Registration in any Mariners Recreation, Outdoor Recreation, Fitness, Intramurals, Special Events, or Mariner Athletics program is non-transferable.
