Volunteer with the District of West Vancouver! Are you over 14 years of age and below 19 years and have BC Services Card with Personal Health Number?
If yes, you are welcome to register for our online volunteer orientation at activewestvanrec.ca, or by calling 604-925-7270. After you register, you will receive an email with a link to the online application form and orientation which consists of a video with important information, followed by a quiz.
You will be asked to create an account in our volunteer database. It is imperative that this application matches the details in your ActiveWestVanRec account. Once you complete the online orientation, book a placement chat with the District Volunteer Coordinator and we will be in touch about the next steps.
Please note that youth will also need to attend a free in-person orientation which can be registered for here. We look forward to having you on board! Please check your junk mail or promotions for the orientation, as it doesn't always go into your Inbox.
