Wristbands will be distributed to all registered participants at the dance. Please arrive by 6:15pm to allow for time to check in ahead of the 7pm start time.
Registration refunds (or transfers from one event to another upcoming event, if available) will only be permitted until the end of the business day Wednesday, May 3, 2023.
Please note that the self-transfer of a registration from one preteen to another is NOT permitted at ANY time.
This program is open to youth in grades 6 and 7 only.
No in and outs permitted.
No jackets, sweaters, bags or large purses, etc. will be permitted in the dance but a coat check will be available for these items. We are not responsible for items left in the coat check or brought to the program so please leave all valuables at home.
Only small change will be accepted at the concession - nothing over $5 please.
Youth who display behaviours that are undesirable or unsafe, such as bullying, violence or the use of alcohol and/or other drugs will be removed from the program and will remain in the care of a staff member until a parent or guardian arrives to take them home.
