Come and explore a love for nature with friends and art. Explore the beautiful outside surroundings around the Silk Purse with your tot. Join your Artmania teacher Carley to explore and create fun nature inspired creations you will be proud of. Learn simple printing techniques, abstract painting and play games to connect with your friends.

The Silk Purse Art Studio and the Music Box are located at John Lawson Park, just over the train tracks between 15th and 16th Avenue.


The two buildings sit side by side on Argyle Avenue.

Access to the Silk Purse Art Studio - ground floor door located on the north side of the building, facing the mountains.


Access to the Music Box - through the side door, facing east, towards the Lions Gate Bridge.
