Mental health is a state of wellbeing in which you can realize your own potential, cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively, and make a contribution to your community. Good mental health protects us from the stresses of our lives and can even help reduce the risk of developing mental health issues. Brought to you by the District of West Vancouver's Youth Advisory Committee and Youth Services team, this two-day opportunity is designed to create meaningful opportunities for local youth to connect and have fun, plus learn about and strengthen their own skills for mental wellness and resilience through dedicated training sessions and conversation.
Join us for:
Friday evening social - fun-filled night of collecting points through a series of trivia rounds, Minute To Win It games, a social scavenger hunt and more to be eligible for massive prizes at the end! Dinner and snacks included.
