Description

Get out of your comfort zone for this this 45-min. high-intensity interval training, or HIIT class. Sweat through short bursts of intense work of up to a minute, then recover before you repeat. This is tough work, but shown to accelerate your cardio fitness capacity. Participants must be able to safely increase their heart rate during exercise although everyone will be encouraged to work at their own level. Taught by a personal trainer.
