The Food Files: Sugar 101
What’s the big deal about sugar and carbs?
Learn why it’s so important to keep healthy blood sugar and how to keep your blood sugar regulated. We will discuss how to use nutrition to support energy and reduce sugar craving and explore blood sugar issues such as Insulin Resistance, Metabolic Syndrome, Type 2 Diabetes, and PCOS. This is part of a five-part series on food. Register for one or more talks.
