Description

Children will learn the basic skills of crochet, including how to hold your hook, to the six most common crochet stitches (such as a chain, single, and double crochet). Participants will be introduced to reading simple patterns. Projects may include small items like bookmarks, coasters, and simple scarves.


This class is ideal for beginners with no prior experience.


Please note: supplies (crochet hooks and yarn) will be included in the program cost; participants are welcome to bring their own hooks, if desired.


There will be no class on the following dates: Monday, April 21 (Easter Monday) and Monday, May 19 (Victoria Day).
