Description

Learn a dynamic new way to train your body. The kettlebell offers a unique alternative to lifting dumbbells to improve strength, cardio health, mobility, and coordination. Kettlebell movements are functional and so translate well to a variety of real-life movements. Learn swings, snatches, Turkish get-ups and other vigorous movements throughout the course.
A general familiarity to basic weight training is an asset. Must be able to move joints freely.
