One of the best ways to keep muscles healthy and strong is through strength training. This class will reduce the signs and symptoms of many diseases and chronic conditions such as Arthritis, Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Heart Disease, Obesity and Back Pain by focusing on bone builder exercises that put force on the bone. This online class will be instructed through zoom. Equipment required: a sturdy chair, running shoes, dumbells or cans and fitness tubing/bands (optional). A few days before the class date an email will be sent to you with a link to join the class which will allow you to participate live from your own home. In order to participate in this class a video capable device is required.
