Refund Policy and/or Withdrawing from a course

If we cancel the program, you receive a full refund. If you withdraw from a program, prior to the start date, a refund will be provided and is subject to an administration fee. If you withdraw after a program has started, you can request that a pro-rated credit remain on your account. Alternatively, a pro-rated refund can be issued and is subject to an administration fee. If you wish to withdraw from a course, you can call our Customer Service Centre at 905.666.1991 or visit a registration centre. Attach your receipt to the refund application. A $10 fee is applied to all course withdrawals. *Withdrawals cannot be processed in your online account*

Between now and Friday, July 21, you’re invited to learn more about the Town’s budget planning process and share your budget priorities through the Town’s Citizen Budget Tool– a virtual budget simulator that shows the financial impacts of each participants’ choices in real time.

The Citizen Budget tool is part of the first phase of the Town’s budget engagement process. Subscribe at connectwhitby.ca/budget to stay informed on upcoming budget engagement opportunities.
