Description
Are you looking for a fun and active sports camp for the summer? Wilmot's Youth Sports Camp for ages 9 through 12, is an interactive day camp where youth of all abilities will learn about the sport through understanding rules, practicing skills, playing the game and games! Sports for the week include (but are not limited to) Hockey, Soccer, Football, Volleyball, and Racquet Sports.
The Summer Camp includes swimming.
Campers must be 9 years old during camp. Please ensure to visit the Camper Readiness Worksheet. Lunch and snacks are not provided.

Campers should be picked up promptly by 4:00pm. If you are running late for either Drop off or pick up please call a Customer Service Representative at 519-634-9225. There is a $5.00 late fee for every 15 minutes you are late picking up your child.

Refund Policy
If fewer than 9 children are enrolling in a camp session, a full refund will be given. Refunds will be issue up until five (5) days before camp is scheduled to start. There is a 20% administration fee on all refund requests up to a maximum of $40.00. After the start of camp refunds will not be issued. If the client chooses to leave the refund amount as a credit on their account, the administration fee will be waived. Unused credits will expire after three years. Please note: All refunds are issued by cheque from the Township of Wilmot's Finance Department, and will be mailed to participants within 4-6 weeks.
Rules:
1. Hands and feet must be kept to yourself at all times.
2. Speak to others how you want to be spoken to
3. Touch only what belongs to you
4. Stay in the activity area at all times, leaders must be notified if you are leaving and are to accompany you.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
There will be no hitting, kicking, shoving, spitting, stealing, or damage of another person or their property while at camp. If this occurs, parents will be contacted immediately and the child will not be welcomed back at camp after their first incident at the parent’s expense. No refunds will be issued.
Medical Information Disclosure:
Any medical or special need information that is disclosed verbally by the parent are guardian will be added to the family account in our system.
