Description
This class modifies yoga poses so that they can be done while seater. With the support of a chair the benefits of yoga become accessible regardless of age, level of flexibility or mobility. Chair Yoga can also improve strength and concentration while boosting your mood. It can also reduce stress and joint strain. Please bring Water with you to each class.
Yoga mats and chairs are provided.
You are welcome to bring personal Bolsters - to elevate seated posture

INFORMATION FOR USERS:
Food and beverages, excluding water, are not permitted in the facility.
No Glass containers or bottles allowed.
All participants must be registered for the program.
