Description
Relax and rejuvenate in this gentle yoga class suitable for all levels combining hatha and yin poses to bring peace and flexibility to your body and mind. Experience movement and a short guided meditation at the end of each class, leaving you feeling relaxed and at ease.
Please bring your own Yoga mats and blocks are provided. Please bring water with you to each class. You are welcome to bring personal bolsters or blankets to assist with comfort in various positions.
Course instructor is Michele.
INFORMATION FOR USERS:
- Food and beverages, excluding water, are not permitted in the facility.
- No glass containers or bottles allowed.
- All participants must be registered for the program.
- Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes prior to your program.
- Bring your own mat
