Description
Dive into a week of excitement at our Summer Splash Camp! Kids will enjoy fun water games like water relays, splash contests, and obstacle courses while learning about life beneath the waves. They'll also get creative with crafts inspired by underwater creatures. New this year: a "Sea Creature Scavenger Hunt," where campers search for hidden ocean treasures while learning about marine life. It’s the perfect blend of adventure, learning, and creativity for young ocean explorers!
The Summer Camp includes swimming.
Camp will have a visit from the fire department to see the fire tucks and learn about fire safety. *weather dependent*
Campers must be 5 years old by December 31, 2025. Please ensure to visit the Camper Readiness Worksheet. Lunch and snacks are not provided.
Campers should be picked up between 4:00pm and 5:00pm. If you are running late for either drop off or pick up please call a Customer Service Representative at 519-634-9225. There is a $5.00 late fee for every 15 minutes you are late picking up your child.
Please note there will be no refunds after July 1, 2025

Please ensure that the Online WRC Summer Camp Information Form is completed by July 1, 2025.
The Summer Camp includes swimming.
Refund Policy
If fewer than 9 children are enrolling in a camp session, a full refund will be given. There is a 20% administration fee on all refund requests up to a maximum of $40.00. After the start of camp refunds will not be issued. If the client chooses to leave the refund amount as a credit on their account, the administration fee will be waived. Unused credits will expire after three years. Please note: All refunds are issued by cheque from the Township of Wilmot's Finance Department, and will be mailed to participants within 4-6 weeks.
Rules:
1. Hands and feet must be kept to yourself at all times.
2. Speak to others how you want to be spoken to
3. Touch only what belongs to you
4. Stay in the activity area at all times, leaders must be notified if you are leaving and are to accompany you.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
There will be no hitting, kicking, shoving, spitting, stealing, or damage of another person or their property while at camp. If this occurs, parents will be contacted immediately and the child will not be welcomed back at camp after their first incident at the parent’s expense. No refunds will be issued.
Medical Information Disclosure:
Any medical or special need information that is disclosed verbally by the parent are guardian will be added to the family account in our system.
