Teen Smashball 13-16yrs

Smashball is a high-energy youth volleyball program played 3 vs 3 on a small court with a low net and light volleyballs, allowing kids to jump right into spiking and smashing. With five progressive levels, it’s developmentally tailored to build skills, confidence, and physical literacy. Smashball emphasizes fun, teamwork, and inclusion, making it the perfect introduction to volleyball. Teen Smashball builds on these concepts, making it a great way for teens to stay active and engaged.
