This session invites you pause, reflect, and critically assess caregiving practices for children aged 0-2. Examine the profound role of responsive curriculum and ethics of care in nurturing our youngest citizens. View these practices through the lens of ethical care for this age group and ignite new ideas about integrating your daily routines with a responsive curriculum, thereby crafting a nurturing and supportive environment for infants and toddlers.


Monica Chan is a parent educator and early childhood specialist with expertise in early years learning and child development. Drawing on her background in the RIE® approach, Monica empowers early childhood educators to foster emotional resilience, responsive care, and ethical teaching practices. With experience guiding parents and educators, she is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of confident, compassionate learners.
