Discover how the way we praise can shape children's mindsets and influence their growth. This workshop explores the nuances of effective praise and feedback, offering insights into how these simple yet powerful tools can foster resilience and a love of learning in children.


Hanako completed an M.Sc. in Child Development and Education and a Ph.D. in Education at the University of Oxford. She has been involved in Early Childhood Education for the past 17 years. She is a best-selling author in Japan and conducts workshops for parents and teachers on guiding child behaviour. She is a faculty member in the ECE program at Douglas College.
