Making Music Fun

Suitable for all early learning professionals and parents.

Presenter: Christine Roskelley

Come join Chris as she shares her passion for making music with young children. During this participatory workshop you will have an opportunity to learn new activities or perhaps breathe life into familiar songs and poems. We will spend the evening speaking, singing, moving and playing simple rhythm instruments.

Please bring a baby doll or baby size teddy to the workshop. The day’s events will be sent home with you in a package including all lyrics and accompanying USB flashdrive.

Chris Roskelley is an early childhood educator with 39+ years experience. For the past 27 years she has been working as a self employed music enrichment specialist primarily at UBC Child Care services. Along with her work with children Chris teaches the music and movement component at Burnaby and Delta Continuing education in their ECE programs.
