Description

Suitable for all early learning professionals and parents.

Presenter: Georgianna Lee

Working with children, some of our main goals are to support them in becoming individuals who are confident in who they are and who they are becoming, people who trust themselves, others and the world around them. For children to learn this, we need to show them the way. It begins with us learning how to treat ourselves in a way that we want our children to learn to treat themselves and others with compassion. In this workshop, you’ll learn simple tools that help you see and speak to yourself that add more ease and joy into your everyday life. The bonus is that these tools are so simple that you can start teaching them to the children you work with and begin to create a new generation of children who feel more positively about themselves and can offer empathy and compassion to others.
