Through this workshop, we will cover what co-regulation is and why it matters in the early years. Our nervous system needs to feel safe; co-regulation can’t be offered without self-regulation. How do you identify your own emotions and triggers? What do you do with this information? We will explore tools that can be used to help regulate emotions.

Prab is a licensing officer based in the Tri-cities office. Prab is passionate about Child Care and has 10+ years working in several capacities, including managing facilities.
