This workshop will uncover the deep connections between our thoughts, emotions, and our behaviour (actions or choices). Emotions and thoughts are, arguably, some of the most challenging aspects of being human. Join Rishma, an Occupational Therapist and Educator, through an engaging and interactive session which will result in an increase in your knowledge, as well as practical tips and strategies for you to implement for yourself and the children under your care.

2. Understand the relationship between our emotions, thoughts and our choices/actions.

3. Understand how to effectively manage our emotions to minimize our stress response, increase our resilience, and live happier.

Rishma is an Occupational Therapist and owner of “OT4Life Occupational Therapy Services”, a business aimed at helping to improve the lives of clients through education, therapeutic techniques, goal-setting, and experiential learning.
