TumbleBugs

Tumblebugs is a basic movement program developed for 3–6-year-old children in early childhood settings. The program was created by experts in early childhood, physical education and gymnastics right here in Nova Scotia! Tumblebugs teaches the fundamentals of movement and helps to develop physical literacy in young children.

Each week we will focus on different movements and locomotions. Tumblebugs participants will develop more movements as they progress through the course.

This will be run Saturday mornings from 9:00am - 9:45am at the John W. Lindsay Location!
