Simplified Tai Chi (a set of 24 moves) is very popular in China and internationally. Tai Chi has been described as “moving meditation” and is an enjoyable way to reduce stress. It is known to improve balance, mobility, co-ordination and prevent falls for the elderly. This program is designed to be gentle and slow. It offers the opportunity for absolute beginners to explore each move step-by-step through 10 weekly classes
