Description
Basketball is a dynamic and fun sport that helps to build mental and physical stamina, strength, and skills. The YMCA has collaborated with NDOFITNESS to offer an exciting 6-week basketball skills and development training program. Designed to progressively teach the fundamentals of basketball and gradually introduce different techniques that will increase their ability to effectively play the sport.
