Description
This program is structured to effectively support youth (Ages 12-16) who wish to pursue swimming as a recreational, athletic and active lifestyle. To promote skill development in stroke technique, preparedness for life saving training and social connectedness among recreational swimmers.
Please note that the YMCA-FAST program may require participants to complete a swim assessment.
