Karate for Teens & Adults (13yrs+)

Learn about traditional Shotokan while improving your concentration, discipline, respect, control, physical fitness, self-esteem and confidence.

Practicing twice a week, youth & adults will continue to develop the basics of traditional Shotokan.

Prereq: Intro to Karate (yellow belt) and permission from Head Instructor.

* Please note an additional program fee is required to offset costs associated with this program.

** All karate students must have a karate uniform (Gi). Gi's can be purchased through head karate instructor ($55).
