Previous certification must have been valid to within one year.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Minimum of 5 business days notice is required to receive a full refund, otherwise, a single transfer to a selected course will be made available at no cost. If more than one transfer is done, a $20 transfer fee will be charged. Refunds or credits will be be issued on or after the course has started except for medical reasons. A doctor's note must be provided.
All refunds, credits or transfer must be done through email or phone to the Aquatics Manager.
All NO SHOWS will be charged full registration with no refund. Non-attendance does not constitute as a notice of withdrawal.
