Standard First Aid

This course is part of the Quebec governments free lifeguard program designed to address the lifeguard shortage that has been affecting the province since the Covid-19 pandemic. All lifeguard classes will be free including this one until further notice. We are requiring a 50$ deposit and once you show up to class that deposit will be returned to you.

Standard first aid is a 16 hour CPR and first aid course that prepares a candidate to take the national lifeguard course.

This course must be completed before the National Lifeguard Exam takes place

Prerequisite: Bronze Cross.

Materials needed: Canadian First Aid Manual and Pocket Mask (sold at front desk), Gloves, Pencil and paper
