Description
Children will be taken on a yoga adventure with Miss Lara! Through storytelling and song, they will learn yoga poses and breathing techniques to help calm their bodies and mind. All in a fun, engaging and warm environment!
If your child is enrolled in either the CPE du Y or the CPE du CCJ, and is in an eligible classroom, you could pay to have the Y staff pick up your child from their daycare classroom and walk them to Karate. Please purchase the separate activity called Daycare pick up Fall 2023 in order to participate in this option. Registration closes for daycare pick-up on September 1st.
