Description
This course is part of the Quebec governments free lifeguard program designed to address the lifeguard shortage that has been affecting the province since the Covid-19 pandemic. We are requiring a 50$ deposit and once you show up to class that deposit will be returned to you.
The class Runs from 4:30pm to 7:30pm, the first half of the class is in a classroom and the second is at the pool.
National lifeguard is the only nationally recognized program for lifeguard training emphasis is on teamwork communication and prevention thus preparing candidates to safely and efficiently supervise an aquatic facility.
Prerequisite: Bronze Cross and Standard First Aid
May miss only 1 class.
Materials Needed: Pocket mask, Whistle and Manual Alert (sold at the front desk)
Please note that a 10$ key Fob must be purchased for the class
