Description
This course is part of the Quebec government's free lifeguard program designed to address the lifeguard shortage that has been affecting the province since the Covid-19 pandemic. This class will have a 50$ charge to reserve your spot; once the candidate completes the course, it will be refunded.
Standard First Aid is a 16 hour CPR and first aid course that prepares a candidate to take the national lifeguard course.
This course must be completed before the National Lifeguard Exam takes place.
There is no prerequisite needed for SFA.
Materials needed: Canadian First Aid Manual and Pocket Mask (sold at front desk), Gloves, Pencil and paper
