The following individuals are now eligible to book an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine:
- Highest and Very High Priority Health Care Workers who live OR work in York Region
- Residents who are 80 years of age and older (born in 1941 or before) and live in York Region
Proof of age and residence will be required on the day you receive your vaccine. If it is found that you do not meet the above criteria, this booking may be cancelled or you will be refused the vaccine on the appointment date.
