The following individuals are now eligible to book an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine:
  • Individuals 12 years of age and older living, working or going to school in York Region
Proof of age and residence will be required on the day you receive your vaccine. If it is found that you do not meet the above criteria, this booking may be cancelled or you will be refused the vaccine on the appointment date.
