Intermediate Watercolour Workshop: Semi Abstract Still Life

Lookout! This workshop is for people with experience in watercolour and ready to push its characteristics to the limit and have fun doing it!

Janice Opie will work in stages for you to observe. You choose your own colours and dial up the bravery a little past what you are used to.

You will use wet on wet, dry on dry, spattering, throwing, scraping, tight painting, loose painting. Value and shapes are the focus here.

Step outside the box. The elements and principals of design will be pointed out in order to create this semi-abstract.
