Description
Public Swim offers access to the Lap, Leisure and Therapy pools.
Wristband Policy will be in affect;
- Red Wrist Band (5 years of age or younger – 1 Guardian : 2 Children.
- Must be accompanied by a guardian (16+). Must be within arms reach and directly supervised.
- Must swim with a guardian who is responsible for direct supervision and must be in the water. Non-swimmers must remain within arms reach.
- May swim without parent or guardian accompaniment.
- All swimmers are subject to a screening before entering the deep area. Test: Swim two(2) widths of the lap pool comfortably, and tread water or support their body at the surface for at least one (1) minute.

Program Refund Policy

Cancellation/Termination Policy
- Programs will be monitored and will be cancelled no later than 3:30pm the day prior to the program.
- Participants will be notified of a cancellation by email and text message (if possible). We ask that all contact information is accurate on their ActiveNET family account to avoid delays in communication.
- Programs cancelled by the Recreation and Culture Department will result in a full credit applied to account or transfer to another available class. Full refunds will be issued upon request by credit card or cheque and mailed to the address on the account within four to six weeks from the time of cancellation.
