By doing so, you grant The Town of Georgina a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, and distribute such content.

2.2 You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Town of Georgina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
