Description
The leisure pool (shallow and deep) is open for recreational swimming for parents/guardians & their child(ren). There is no access to the therapy pool or lap pool during this drop-in program.
Children must be under 8 years of age to participate in this program, and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian aged 16 years+.
Note: The aquatics admission policy applies. Participants will not be permitted in the pool if they fail to meet the required parent-to-child ratios.

Program Refund Policy

Cancellation/Termination Policy
- Programs will be monitored and will be cancelled no later than 3:30pm the day prior to the program.
- Participants will be notified of a cancellation by email and text message (if possible). We ask that all contact information is accurate on their ActiveNET family account to avoid delays in communication.
- Programs cancelled by the Recreation and Culture Department will result in a full credit applied to account or transfer to another available class. Full refunds will be issued upon request by credit card or cheque and mailed to the address on the account within four to six weeks from the time of cancellation.
