All Abilities Skating sessions are designed for beginners and individuals of all ages and abilities to enjoy and experiencing ice skating. All Abilities skating is a unique opportunity to improve health and independence, while also providing an important social interaction with peers.

Notes
CSA Approved helmets are strongly recommended.
No sticks, pucks, chairs, strollers or sleds are permitted on the ice surface. Sledges are permitted for skating purposes only (no hockey). Learn-to-skate aids are permitted but will not be provided (must be CSA approved). All participants must wear skates.
