This agreement, when signed by the applicant constitutes a contractual agreement. The applicant agrees to observe and obey all Town of Innisfail rules and regulations. In addition, it shall be the responsibility of the applicant to pay the required fee upon receipt of invoice.

Schedule changes to block bookings will be accepted during the season in writing only. This documentation will serve as an ammendment to the agreement. Invoices will reflect the changes.

RENTAL AND SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATIONS:

Rental cancellations must be made 14 days in advance of the event to receive a full refund. Full charges will be applied to rental cancellations with less than 14 days notice. Special events such as tournaments, competitions, camps, clinics and trade fairs requrie 30 days cancellation notice to receive a full refund. Cancelled events with less than 30 days notice, that can not be reallocated by the Town, will be charged the full rental fee.

RENTAL AND SPECIAL EVENT REFUNDS:

Rental and special event refunds will be in the form of a cheque. Processing of this cheque will require 14 days. Credit card payments can be refunded to the card used for payment.

RENTAL AND SPECIAL EVENT OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

For approved monthly billing accounts, payment is due within 30 days. For overdue accounts, a monthly interest charge of 1.5% will be applied.
