This 6-week specialized yoga program is designed for all levels and focuses on building strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness in a safe environment. Modifications are available for those with limited mobility, ensuring a comfortable and effective practice. Through breath, meditation, and mindful movement, participants will learn tools to connect with themselves. Yoga poses in this series target balance, strength, mobility, and relaxation.
