Struggling with tight hips and feeling stuck in your lifting or squats? Or maybe you just need to improve your flexibility but don't know where to begin? Join Stretch Coach Megan McKenzie for a class that focuses on targeted mobility training. The Science of Stretching (SoS) method is designed to open up your body and improve your overall flexibility. No experience is necessary, and even those with limited flexibility are welcome. These 60-minute sessions will target your hips, hamstrings, and spine, using longer holds to help you achieve real gains in mobility. SoS combines exercise physiology research with techniques from yoga, gymnastics, and dance to unlock any muscle in your body, leading to better alignment, reduced pain and inflammation, and an overall feeling of balance.
