Pre-Tryout Skill Development Camp (Ages 7-8)

This full-day camp will run from 8:30am – 3:30pm daily, with drop-off as early as 8am and pick-up as late as 3:45pm. The camp includes two 1.5 hour on-ice sessions, two 1 hour off-ice activities sessions and scheduled meal and snack breaks through the day. A detailed camp itinerary will be provided one week before the start date.

This camp is perfect for players who are looking for a high-tempo tune-up before the season starts! Ice sessions will include drills that incorporate power skating, shooting, passing, stickhandling & puck control. Dryland sessions will focus on balance, agility, quick feet and a variety of body-weight excerises and fun games.
