It is agreed that the operators, executives, coaches, committees, employees, instructors and referees of this facility are released from any and all claims from damage that may arise from any accident or injury which are caused by or arise from participation within the facility during the period of time that the facility is rented. All participants (including adults) must wear an approved CSA helmet and must also wear skates on the ice. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in automatic cancellation of the ice rental without refund.
Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to be able to issue credit on account for a cancellation -- no exceptions. There are no refunds under any circumstance once you have reserved an ice time.
Notice of 48 hours or greater = full credit placed back on account for future use
Notice Less than 48 hours = no credit
Pucks are supplied and two nets will be provided on the ice.
No outside hockey schools, goalie schools or instructors will be permitted to run on-ice practice sessions at The Zone Training without the consent of the management. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in automatic cancellation of the ice rental contract without refund. Note: Volunteer minor hockey coaches are permitted to rent the ice to work with players on their team.
The consumption of alcohol and use of tobacco are strictly prohibited at this facility. The use of these items or similar products will result in automatic cancellation of the facility rental without refund.
