Description

This 4-week semi-private program takes place on Rink 2 and will focus on shooting technique and accuracy. Players will practice stationary wrist shots and shooting in stride on their forehand and backhand. There is a maximum of 2 players with 1 instructor and each session is 45 minutes.

Note: This is not a beginner program. Players must have an understanding of basic technique and a comfort level with shooting and stickhandling before registering for this class. This class aims to improve shooting technique and accuracy.
