Adult Learn to Skate

This is a 4-week program for adults who have never skated before or have very limited skating experience. The following skills will be taught: balance, getting up and down, the fundamentals of a stride, stopping, and turning. Note: Participants require skates and a CSA approved helmet. If you do not have a hockey helmet a bike or ski helmet is acceptable.
